An advanced level trainer will tailor the workout based on your individual needs and abilities to help you achieve or exceed your goals quickly and safely.

Semi-Private Sessions

(Two students): A nice, economical alternative for those who want more individualized attention than in a group class. These sessions are a fun way to give and receive encouragement from your training partner – bring a spouse or friend!

Youth Sessions

Whether for sports specific conditioning or to improve overall fitness, our youth sessions are designed with consideration to the needs of the still-developing body of the young individual.

Senior's Sessions

As we age, muscle mass decreases, and reaction time and coordination can deteriorate making regular exercise even more of a necessity. We design programs specifically to address the needs of a maturing population.

Pilates

Our intimate training environment allows for small classes with high-level Pilates Certified Instructors. Check out our class schedule and experience the difference!
