At the backbone of pillarPERFORMANCE's success is its training staff. pillarPERFORMANCE provides a highly competent, experienced group of trainers capable of meeting the varying needs of the individual client. We provide a diverse group of trainers, often possessing varying areas of expertise to help those with special needs or goals. All of our trainers possess nationally recognized certifications, as well as current CPR certification. This ensures that we provide the client with the best training experience available.

At pillarPERFORMANCE, the trainers are responsible for developing and implementing an exercise program individually structured for each client. Each program will address such facets as strength, flexibility, core conditioning, balance, stability, functional strength, cardiovascular conditioning, endurance, and body composition. Our trainers provide a thorough initial evaluation in which they assess individual needs and set client goals. Because of our high-quality training staff, we are able to develop an individual program for each client based upon their particular needs and goals. No cookie-cutter, one-size-fits-all workouts here! We also provide nutritional education for each client, which will emphasize healthy long-term eating practices based on sound nutritional research and data rather than current diet "fads".
