Ingrid Saffert, M.S., CPT, STOTT

Ingrid has been a certified personal trainer under International Sports Science Association (ISSA) since 1994. While earning her Masters Degree in Exercise Science, Ingrid Saffert also studied Pilates and achieved an Advanced Level II STOTT pilates certification. After finishing her studies in 2000, she studied under Paul Chek, a world leading authority and inventor of sports and neuromuscular training, at the CHEK Institute. Ingrid became a Level I CHEK Practitioner with a Golf Biomechanics Certificate. Ingrid produces her own Golf Conditioning Television program based in Michigan as well as her own line of Golf Conditioning videos; "Pilates based Golf Conditioning" and "3 Clubs 3 Workouts". Her previous works include golf team conditioning and guest speaking and seminars for sports teams and community groups.

Blending core conditioning of Pilates and strength training into a logical progressive program is Ingrid's approach to training. Masterfully blending a variety of effective training techniques, you can "transform your weakness into strength". Ingrid specializes in corrective and preventive exercise prescription so whether your goal is to improve your golf swing, strengthen your skiing style or to simply look and feel your best, you will see the difference in a few short sessions.
