Colleen Naus,  CPT, STOTT

Colleen Naus has over fifteen years of experience studying and analyzing body movement as a professional dance instructor. Movement, dance and fitness are her first loves! She is a certified personal trainer through National Academy of Sports Medicine and holds an Advanced Level II STOTT Pilates certification with expertise in Injuries and Special Populations. Working as an Instructor Trainer for Balanced Body Pilates University she guides students to become efficient and competent Pilates Instructors. Pilates helps restore the natural curves of the spine, relieves tension and enhances self-confidence. The results are optimal musculoskeletal performance - strength, flexibility and endurance - without risking injury or building bulk.

Strength and balance in motion is Colleen's training belief. For a healthy body muscles must move in harmony and be kept in sync. Colleen's work spans from pre-natal clients to endurance and professional-level athletes. Previous professional collaborations include body-builders, Junior Olympic figure skaters, competitive gymnasts and fitness models. She received dance scholarships with Colorado State University, Interlochen Arts Academy and Los Angeles Tremaine Dance Center. She has been blessed with training under some of the most prominent dance choreographers and instructors spanning from east to west coast. Her own choreography has won high recognition throughout Colorado. With her diverse fitness background, knowledge of movement, intense passion for a healthy mind & body, combined with her love for teaching, Colleen brings unmatched enthusiasm to her clients.

Colleen is a co-owner of pillarPERFORMANCE. Her staff is first-rate, holding advanced level, nationally recognized certifications, and extensive knowledge in body movement. She has the utmost confidence in the professionalism and abilities of her staff.
