This is only accomplished by keeping abreast of the current research in the areas of health and fitness and the latest fitness trends. pillarPERFORMANCE's trainers believe in total-body, functional-strength training to improve health and quality of life outside the gym, not just inside. It's for this reason that you will find little in the way of exercise machinery in our facility, preferring body-weight and free-weight exercises that require the interaction between multiple primary muscle groups and core stabilizers. This leads to improved core abdominal and low back strength, improved posture, and decreased pain. You will see and feel the difference.
